Frequently asked questions.

  • All of our apartments are leased on a month-to-month basis. This will automatically be renewed at the end of the month. Either the landlord or the tenant my terminate the lease with a thirty day notice.

  • Rent must be paid on the first of the month.

  • Rent can be paid by EFT, check, or cash. A drop box is provided at the office.

  • Rent includes:

    • water/sewer

    • electric

    • gas

    • trash removal

    • snow removal

    • Off Street parking

    • On-site coin laundry

    • lawn care

  • Tenants are responsible for their own internet. Hawkeye Telephone in Hawkeye services this building. Through them you are able to get internet and TV services.

  • We have one controlled entrance to the apartments at the north door. Tenants must have a key fob to enter the building. Each apartment is keyed separately for additional security. Each apartment has an outside door. These doors are exit only for fire safety purposes.

    In additional all tenants have a criminal background check.

  • There is a preschool located in the Northwest corner of our lot. For the safety of the young children, we have been asked to get background checks for all tenants.

  • Guests are welcome for overnight stays up to two weeks. If a guest will be staying longer, they will have to make an application and pay additional rent.
